What sizes do you offer?
We offer five sizes: 2"×2", 2"×3", 2.5"×2.5", 2.5"×3.5" and 3"×3". Choose your size and pack on each product page.
How long does it take?
Production takes 24–48 hours, plus shipping time. We'll also send you a digital preview of your magnets before printing.
Are the magnets durable?
Yes. Every magnet is finished with a protective Mylar film over a rigid magnetic base, so it resists fading and wear under normal use — backed by our lifetime materials guarantee.
How do live events work?
We bring our magnet-making station to your venue and craft keepsake magnets in front of your guests in minutes. Request a quote and we'll tailor a package to your event.
Can I return personalized magnets?
Because each order is custom made, personalized magnets are non-refundable. If there's a production error or shipping damage, let us know within 48 hours and we'll remake them at no cost.
