Welcome to NOVA MAGNETS. By placing an order or booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms.


### 1. Image Rights & Responsibility
By submitting photos for your order, **you confirm that you own the rights to those images** or have explicit permission to use them. NOVA MAGNETS is **not responsible** for any third-party copyright infringement arising from images provided by the customer.


### 2. Intellectual Property
All NOVA MAGNETS designs, logos, branding, and website content are the **exclusive property** of NOVA MAGNETS and may not be reproduced without written permission.


### 3. Product Personalization
Personalized products are **made to order**. We may make minor adjustments to brightness, cropping, or framing to ensure the best possible result. We will send a **digital preview** before printing whenever possible.


### 4. Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability for any order or service is **limited to the total amount paid** for that order or service.


### 5. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted on this page.

## Event Booking & Payment Policy


Thank you for considering NOVA MAGNETS for your event. The following terms apply to all live magnet-making services.


### 1. Booking & Payments
- A **50% deposit** is required to lock your date on our calendar. **No date is reserved without the deposit.**
- The **remaining 50%** is due **7 days before the event**, or at the latest **upon our arrival**, before the service begins.


### 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- The **50% deposit is non-refundable** if the client cancels. This covers administrative costs and the lost opportunity to book another event on that date.
- **One (1) free date change** is allowed if you notify us at least **30 days in advance**, subject to our availability.
- Changes requested with **less than 30 days' notice** are subject to a **15% rescheduling fee**.


### 3. Client Requirements (Logistics)
To deliver the best experience, the client agrees to provide:
- A **sturdy table** (minimum 1.5 m / ~5 ft) and access to a **power outlet within 3 m / ~10 ft** of the station.
- **Venue access 60 minutes before** the start time for setup and testing.
- For events longer than 4 hours, a **refreshment/meal** for our staff is appreciated.


### 4. Liability & Image Rights
- In the unlikely event of a **total equipment failure** that prevents the service, our liability is **limited to a full refund** of amounts paid.
- By booking, the client accepts that **guests who approach the station give implicit consent** to be photographed and to receive their magnet.
- We may use **photos of the setup** (not necessarily of guests) for our portfolio and social media, **unless the client requests otherwise in writing**.


### 5. Extra Hours
If the event runs long and additional time is requested on-site, extra service is billed at **$150–$250 per additional hour**, payable on the spot or invoiced immediately.


### 6. Confirmation
We recommend confirming acceptance of these policies in writing (by email or WhatsApp) at the time the deposit is made.
