1. Image Rights & Responsibility By submitting photos for your order, you confirm that you own the rights to those images or have explicit permission to use them. NOVA MAGNETS is not responsible for any third-party copyright infringement arising from images provided by the customer.

2. Intellectual Property All NOVA MAGNETS designs, logos, branding, and website content are the exclusive property of NOVA MAGNETS and may not be reproduced without written permission.

3. Product Personalization Personalized products are made to order. We may make minor adjustments to brightness, cropping, or framing to ensure the best possible result. We'll send a digital preview before printing whenever possible.

4. Limitation of Liability Our maximum liability for any order or service is limited to the total amount paid for that order or service.

5. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted on this page.
