All photo magnets are **made to order** using the images you provide. For this reason, **we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds** on personalized products once production has begun.

- We will **remake and reship** the affected items **at no additional cost**.

### Damaged or Incorrect Orders

### Event Services

Event bookings are subject to our **Event Booking & Payment Policy**. The booking deposit is **non-refundable** in the event of client cancellation.
